# zicula-lead-enrichment-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (21 files), each **trimmed to taste** —
enough to judge the quality, not enough to run a campaign:

- `public-probe.mjs` — the kit's free "public signals" layer, cut out of
  `enrich/enrich.mjs` so it runs standalone and **actually works**: reads
  your company CSV, normalizes domains, checks DNS MX (with the RFC 7505
  null-MX case handled) and probes the website over HTTPS, then writes an
  output CSV with provenance columns (`src_public`, `retrieved_at`). Run it:
  `node public-probe.mjs --input companies.csv --out probed.csv`. The full
  `enrich.mjs` adds Hunter and Clearbit enrichment through your own keys,
  the opt-in person lookup, the rate-limited client with 429 back-off, and
  the resume-safe state file — the parts that take the pipeline from probe
  to CRM-ready.
- `compliance-checklist.md` — the pre-flight section **"A. Before you build
  a list"** complete: source licensing, `retrieved_at` freshness, the
  never-buy-a-bought-list rule, and being the customer of record at your
  providers. Sections B–F (lawful basis, sending rules, hygiene, Thai PDPA,
  complaint handling) are summarized at the end so you know what the full
  checklist adds.
- `playbook-14d.md` — **Days 1–3 of the 14-day plan**, each with its pass/
  fail gate: ICP on paper, keys + smoke test, first sourced batch. Days 4–14
  (dedupe, full enrichment, scoring, CRM import, first verified contacts,
  measurement, the day-14 checkpoint) are summarized at the end.

Every sample opens with the same header convention: what you are looking at,
and exactly what the full kit adds.
